Key Responsibilities:

Design and create visual materials including social media graphics, full visual identities, and creative advertisements.
Adhere strictly to clients' brand guidelines and visual identity manuals.
Collaborate with content, strategy, digital marketing, and project management teams for cohesive creative solutions.
Engage in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster innovative ideas.
Deliver high-quality design projects on time.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and software tools, applying these innovations to projects.
Propose creative directions and visual concepts that align with company and client goals.
Contribute to continuous improvements in the creative process and internal design standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience in a marketing or creative agency is preferred.
Experience with content management systems is advantageous.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday, Trello, or Asana.
