Key Responsibilities:
  • Design creative visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Create professional presentations and corporate materials that clearly communicate ideas and information.
  • Design printed materials such as brochures, reports, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop layouts, graphics, and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency of the brand identity across all visual outputs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver effective visual communication.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong design eye with attention to typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to design both digital and print materials.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with graphic designers, marketing, production, and quality teams to resolve artwork issues. Coordinate with printing vendors to address technical queries and ensure smooth production.
  • Production Support: Support packaging, labeling, and marketing material production processes. Review samples, proofs, and mockups to ensure final output matches approved artwork.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, accuracy, and efficiency. Stay updated with printing standards, software updates, and industry best practices.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any additional design or finalization tasks assigned by the Design or Marketing Manager within the scope of the department.
