About the Role:
Reef Holding is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who will contribute to various teams by producing professional designs that embody the company’s brand identity and enhance its market presence. The designer will be tasked with creating both print and digital materials, executing innovative concepts, and maintaining consistency with the company’s marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design materials in support of marketing, production, and advertising teams.
  • Ensure designs are delivered by deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Create materials that align with brand guidelines and enhance corporate imagery.
  • Produce marketing collateral for digital ads and print items such as brochures, posters, and flyers.
  • Edit visuals to meet campaign requirements across various platforms.
  • Stay abreast of global graphic design trends and implement them into projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visuals that resonate with campaign messages.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing or advertising environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of print and digital design fundamentals.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
