Are you passionate about the digital world and looking to bring creative ideas to life? At Ethos, the fastest growing digital communication group in MENA, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer (Junior–Mid Level) to join our team on-site at a client's office in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will focus on creating high-quality creative assets that align with client requirements and brand guidelines while upholding agency creative standards. Collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders is essential for ensuring consistent and timely delivery of creative materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute creative assets for digital, social media, print, and presentation materials.
  • Adapt visuals for multiple formats and platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Support Art Directors in campaign execution and visual development.
  • Prepare production-ready files in accordance with approved specifications.
  • Implement feedback accurately from both clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration with teams to ensure effective responses to client needs.

Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience across various formats including digital, social media, and print.
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide production-ready files.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal and client teams.
  • Willingness to work on-site at the client’s office in Saudi Arabia.

Bonus: Animation or motion graphics experience (*, After Effects) is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting “bid-critical” deadlines while maintaining creativity.
  • Understanding of Arabic typography and visual aesthetics for high-profile Saudi projects.
  • A diverse portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and complex data visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Vision 2030 giga-projects.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX or 3D visualization software (*, Rhino, SketchUp).
