Join Laverne Group as a Graphic Designer - Finalizer!
We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer - Finalizer to ensure that all graphic design files are accurate, print-ready, and adhere to our brand’s standards and production specifications.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Artwork Finalization & Pre-Press: Review and finalize design files for print and digital.
  • Quality Control & Accuracy: Check for accuracy and ensure no errors are present in designs.
  • Brand & Regulatory Compliance: Verify designs meet branding and regulatory standards.
  • File Management & Archiving: Systematic organization and archiving of design files.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work with different teams to resolve issues related to artwork.
  • Production Support: Assist in packaging and marketing material production.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Experience in graphic design finalization or pre-press work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and color management.
  • Able to manage multiple projects effectively.
