The Role: GRC Consultant

ExeQut is seeking an experienced, Arabic-speaking GRC Consultant – Enterprise & Cybersecurity for a 9-month contract project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-level GRC frameworks, policies, procedures, and security governance practices. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.
• Lead enterprise risk management (ERM) activities, including risk assessments and the development of mitigation plans.
• Develop governance policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
• Drive information security governance and cybersecurity risk management initiatives.
• Conduct gap assessments, formulate remediation plans, and monitor compliance.
• Manage regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit activities.
• Advise stakeholders and senior management on governance, risk, and compliance matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in GRC consulting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulations into practical governance frameworks.
