GRC Specialist

About the Role

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate is seeking a qualified GRC Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the organization's Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework to enhance corporate governance, risk management, compliance, and overall organizational excellence.

Role Purpose

The GRC Specialist will contribute to the development and implementation of robust governance, risk, and compliance practices. This includes identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the organization’s GRC framework.
• Assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting organizational risks.
• Maintain and update risk registers and follow up on risk mitigation plans.
• Support the development, review, and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies, applicable regulations, and organizational requirements.
• Conduct compliance and gap assessments and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective implementation of governance and compliance requirements.
• Support internal audits and follow up on observations and improvement actions.
• Prepare GRC reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate.
