Marriott Executive Apartments in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position. This role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to provide a wide range of services and take initiative to meet guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Complete necessary reports.
• Share information about local area highlights with guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Individuals must be able to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as navigate stairs and service ramps. The position involves a hands-on approach, requiring the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also required.
