About the Role

DaleelStore is seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to build and scale its Data & Business Intelligence function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization’s data strategy, enabling smarter decision-making, and driving measurable business impact. This role is responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support business growth, efficiency, and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall Data & BI strategy for the organization.
• Build and manage scalable analytics, reporting, and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Develop comprehensive dashboards and performance tracking frameworks for various business units.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and security across all data initiatives.
• Partner closely with leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights that drive business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Data & BI team to foster growth and expertise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to embed a data-driven culture.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading data or analytics teams.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively to business stakeholders.
• Experience in building dashboards, reporting systems, and data models.
