The Role of Head of Personal Shopping Middle East

Mytheresa is seeking a Head of Personal Shopping Middle East to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the Personal Shopping function across the Middle East, with a focus on regional sales, strategy, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the Personal Shopping strategy for the Middle East, managing regional revenue targets, productivity, and the expansion of top client market share.
• Recruit, manage, and coach a local team of Personal Shoppers, initially in KSA, establishing clear KPIs and luxury service standards.
• Manage relationships with top-tier clients, providing personalized distance and face-to-face selling experiences.
• Utilize client insights and behavioral data to optimize client segmentation, maximize lifetime value, and implement targeted retention and reactivation strategies.
• Oversee regional client activations, private appointments, and trunk shows in key GCC hubs to acquire and retain top clientele.
• Collaborate with global leadership, Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to ensure product availability, exclusive access, and seamless execution for Middle Eastern clients.
• Integrate regional market nuances into Mytheresa’s global clienteling tools and channels to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
