About the Role

PE Global is seeking a Hospitality Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is with one of the largest and fastest-growing private healthcare groups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which operates an expanding network of hospitals, medical centres, and specialised healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing hospitality operations across multiple healthcare facilities in Riyadh, ensuring high standards of patient experience and operational excellence. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Hospitality Manager will ensure consistently high standards of hospitality, housekeeping, hygiene, comfort, and overall patient experience across various healthcare facilities. This is a multi-site operational leadership role that involves close collaboration with hospital management, clinical teams, support functions, and external service providers. The role is central to driving operational excellence, standardizing hospitality services, and supporting the successful opening of new hospitals within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site hospitality operations across hospitals in Riyadh, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and patient experience.
• Manage and develop hospitality, housekeeping, and support teams, alongside external contractors and service providers.
• Establish and maintain hospitality, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), and patient experience standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), audits, and patient feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
• Support the opening and mobilisation of new hospitals, ensuring hospitality services and standards are implemented effectively from day one.
• Work closely with hospital leadership and clinical teams, providing operational oversight, performance reporting, and support with budgeting and cost optimisation.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant hospitality management role, preferably within a multi-site environment or healthcare setting. The role requires demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing diverse teams and ensuring high service standards. A strong understanding of operational excellence and compliance within a regulated environment is essential.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel between healthcare facilities within Riyadh as required.
• Willingness and ability to travel to healthcare facilities in Makkah and Jeddah to support operational and business requirements.
• Ability to oversee and manage female staff accommodation.
