PE Global is recruiting a Hospitality Manager for one of Saudi Arabia's fastest-growing private healthcare groups. This full-time position is based in Makkah and Jeddah, focusing on delivering high standards across multiple healthcare facilities. The client is investing significantly in patient experience and operational consistency across its expanding network of hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Role Overview

The Hospitality Manager will oversee operations across various healthcare facilities in the Makkah and Jeddah regions. This multi-site leadership role involves guiding teams and service partners to ensure a premium, safe, and consistent environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The position offers the opportunity to influence hospitality standards across a growing network and contribute to the successful opening and mobilization of new facilities in the Western Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site hospitality operations across hospitals in Makkah and Jeddah, ensuring consistently high standards of service, cleanliness, and patient experience.
• Manage and develop hospitality, housekeeping, and support teams, alongside external contractors and service providers.
• Establish and maintain hospitality, QHSE, and patient experience standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using KPIs, audits, and patient feedback to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
• Support the opening and mobilization of new hospitals, ensuring effective implementation of hospitality services and standards from day one.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical teams, providing operational oversight, performance reporting, and support with budgeting and cost optimization.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of proven experience in hospitality management, with specific qualifications including:

• Experience within healthcare, hospitals, or medical centers is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and regional hospitality activities.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multicultural teams and external contractors.
• Willingness and ability to travel between healthcare facilities across Makkah and Jeddah as required.
• Ability to oversee and manage female staff accommodation.
