Kayan Recruitment LLC is seeking a Hospitality Manager for a well-known hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring high standards of patient experience, comfort, hygiene, and hospitality services across the organization's hospitals in Riyadh. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Role Overview

The Hospitality Manager will oversee all hospitality operations, focusing on consistency and quality across multiple healthcare facilities in Riyadh. This involves direct management of Hospitality Supervisors, Housekeeping Teams, and external Hospitality & Facility Services Contractors to uphold organizational standards and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Core Hospitality Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and standardize hospitality services and patient experience across all Riyadh hospitals.
• Supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards in patient and public areas.
• Oversee linen management, guest amenities, and hospitality consumables.
• Ensure a comfortable, welcoming, and premium environment aligned with organizational standards.
• Coordinate closely with hospital management, nursing, medical teams, and support departments.
• Supervise external contractors providing hospitality and facility services.
• Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective action plans as required.
• Analyze patient feedback and lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction.

Safety and Quality Assurance

• Ensure the implementation of safety policies, procedures, hygiene, infection prevention, and patient safety protocols.
• Support and guide hospitality teams in applying HSE best practices and escalate any risks impacting safety.
• Participate in safety audits, evacuation drills, crisis management exercises, and hospital accreditation processes.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Monitor hospitality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and patient satisfaction indicators.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and regional hospitality activities.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is highly preferred.
