About the Role: Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor for a full-time position. This role is central to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, public areas, and the pool. The Supervisor ensures quality standards are consistently met through diligent inspection and effective management of daily housekeeping operations, contributing directly to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool after cleaning to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
• Manage room status reports, verify discrepancies, prioritize cleaning tasks, and update statuses for departing guest rooms.
• Provide operational oversight support to Housekeeping management on a daily basis.
• Coordinate efforts and communication between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
• Document and resolve discrepant room issues in collaboration with the Front Desk.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate any changes in room assignments to the team.
• Ensure smooth and effective communication of operational issues to the subsequent shift.
• Complete all necessary administrative paperwork and documentation.
• Assist management with various employee-related tasks including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching.
• Adhere strictly to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.
• Complete all required safety training and obtain necessary certifications.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary company information.
• Protect company assets and resources.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and provide assistance to individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate professionally and foster positive working relationships with all colleagues.
• Consistently ensure that quality expectations and standards are met across all areas.
• Utilize computers and/or point of sale systems for accessing and managing work-related information.
• Visually verify information presented in various formats.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds independently, and objects over 55 pounds with assistance.
• Capability to push and pull loaded housekeeping carts and machinery across uneven surfaces.
• Requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping motions.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods throughout a work shift.
• Must possess fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for grasping, turning, and manipulating objects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• License or Certification: None specified.
