Role Overview

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, * is seeking a Hotel Manager to join the Executive Committee in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the day-to-day operations of the hotel. The Hotel Manager serves as the strategic operational leader, acting as the General Manager's key partner and representative when required. The position oversees major operational functions to ensure seamless service delivery across all guest touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, Engineering, Security, and Recreation.
• Uphold The Ritz-Carlton service philosophy to deliver personalized guest experiences.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals, luxury positioning, and brand standards.
• Drive commercial performance through effective management of revenue, profit margins, productivity, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced guest satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of engagement and accountability by coaching Executive Committee members and departmental leaders.
• Maintain relationships with ownership representatives and stakeholders while protecting the hotel's reputation.
• Ensure consistent achievement of operational, quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Candidate Qualifications

• Over 10 years of operational leadership experience within internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands.
• Demonstrated ability to manage luxury hotel operations at a high level.
• Experience in leading complex hotel operations with multiple departments and diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving profitability while maintaining luxury standards.
• An inspirational leadership style that develops talent and empowers teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.
