About the Role

Kaiyiee Global Talent is partnering with a rapidly expanding China-headquartered technology group to appoint an HR Business Partner in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves owning the people agenda for a team of over 150 employees as the group scales its Middle East operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives.

Role Context and Purpose

As the HR Business Partner on the ground, this position reports directly to the Group HR Director based in China. The role requires a strategic approach to HR, translating commercial objectives into effective workforce plans and ensuring robust HR support for a growing employee population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce plans aligned with commercial targets.
  • Manage the full hiring cycle for core roles, including headcount planning, candidate sourcing, offer management, and onboarding processes.
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, feedback mechanisms, and incentive design.
  • Address complex employee relations issues and disputes in compliance with Saudi labour law.
  • Generate and analyze reports on attrition, productivity, and hiring conversion to inform management decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or full-cycle Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: recruitment, performance management, or organisational development.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Hands-on experience in employee relations and labour dispute resolution, with fluency in local Saudi labour regulations.
  • Professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English is essential for daily collaboration with China HQ and the local team.
  • A background in Internet, high-tech, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to the Middle East market is considered a plus.

Compensation and Employment Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The indicative tax-free base salary ranges from SAR 18,000 to SAR 28,000 per month, supplemented by housing and transport allowances.
