About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking an HR Senior Specialist, Employee Relations Central, to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring compliance with organizational and employee rights, monitoring performance, and developing corrective actions. The role is also responsible for maintaining an internal pipeline of high-potential candidates for future opportunities.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that both organizational and employee rights are upheld. This involves monitoring and tracking employee performance, developing appropriate corrective actions, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of an internal talent pipeline to fill future internal opportunities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an internal candidate pipeline for transfers and promotions to ensure fair and prompt manpower fulfillment.
• Monitor store employees' compliance with attendance policies to ensure efficient manpower availability.
• Receive, manage, and analyze grievances and complaints, recommending corrective actions to ensure fair treatment for all employees.
• Manage employee exits and analyze exit interview data to contribute to an efficient reduction in employee turnover.
• Manage investigation and disciplinary activities to ensure compliance with Panda regulations and instructions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR, specifically in employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
• Experience in developing and maintaining talent pipelines.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Panda Retail Company – Savola Group. The role involves working within a central HR function, supporting employee relations across the organization.
