**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
* Manage employee relations, address grievances, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
* Administer compensation and benefits programs, and ensure their competitiveness.
* Drive employee engagement and foster a strong organizational culture.
* Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.
* Support the development and implementation of training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
