Role Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an HSE Manager with Metro experience to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring a professional with significant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management, specifically within metro or large-scale rail projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) on assigned projects.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Provide HSE training and guidance to project teams and contractors.
• Ensure all HSE documentation is maintained accurately and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager, specifically with metro or large-scale rail project experience.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in HSE management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international and local HSE regulations and best practices.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
