About the HSE Manager Role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental management for road and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional committed to ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, legal regulations, and international standards to foster a zero-incident work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management System.
• Lead and manage safety teams, inspectors, and officers across all project zones.
• Conduct comprehensive HSE audits, inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Approve risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to local safety regulations, OSHA standards, ISO 45001, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct HSE orientations, training programs, and competency evaluations for personnel.
• Manage the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), safety statistics, and monthly HSE dashboards.
• Coordinate effectively with authorities, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safety compliance.
• Promote and cultivate a strong safety culture throughout the entire workforce.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences.
• A minimum of 10–15 years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, specifically within infrastructure projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, OSHA, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certifications.
