A growing startup in the restaurant sector announces its desire to attract a Human Resources Specialist to join the work team.

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of practical experience in the field of human resources.

* Previous experience in the restaurant or food and beverage sector is preferred.

* Good knowledge of labor systems and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

* Experience in recruitment, employee affairs management, contract preparation, and attendance, leave, and absence management.

* Ability to use human resources systems and prepare reports.

* High communication and organization skills, and the ability to work within a team and in a fast-paced work environment.

Main Tasks:

* Managing recruitment and attraction processes.

* Supervising employee files, contracts, and social insurance.

* Following up on attendance, absence, leaves, and penalties.

* Applying human resources policies and procedures in accordance with labor systems.

* Supporting management in developing the work environment and improving human resources efficiency.
