We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to support our core HR operations. This key role focuses on business travel coordination, attendance and leave management, and employee health insurance administration. Reporting to the HR Team Leader, you will ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain accurate HR records. Your contributions will be vital to the efficiency of our HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Travel Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, liaising with agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely processing.
• Attendance and Leave Administration: Monitor attendance records, validate time-off requests, and ensure alignment with company policy.
• Employee Health Insurance Support: Administer medical insurance enrollments and maintain accurate records.
• HR Operational Support: Respond to employee inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to HR projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience focusing on travel management and attendance tracking.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS and attendance tracking software.

We are looking for a professional human resources employee to join our team, where you will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes, developing administrative policies, and following up on daily employee affairs. You will implement training and professional development programs, manage employee files, and supervise payroll and benefits processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in the field of human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with electronic systems for managing human resources. The training period is 6 months and there is medical insurance.
