Human Resources Lead

About the Role

Plaza Premium Group is seeking a Human Resources Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading a team to manage the full spectrum of HR functions for the KSA region, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, shared services, performance management, employee engagement, and development. The successful candidate will collaborate with global, regional, and local management teams to ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regional regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR professionals to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations across multiple locations and sites in KSA and the Middle East region.
• Play a crucial role in the setup and opening of new outlets within the region.
• Act as the regional HR lead, partnering with Headquarters and Country management teams to translate global HR standards into local policies and procedures, driving best HR practices.
• Oversee the establishment and development of HR Shared Services to provide operational support to regional and global HR functions.
• Plan and oversee regional hiring initiatives to attract and retain top talent, considering localization and Saudization requirements.
• Provide analytics and consultation for developing and implementing effective total reward solutions that meet business needs and maintain market competitiveness.
• Identify and drive employee development initiatives, partnering with HQ Learning & Development teams on the design and delivery of training programs.
• Create and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor labor law updates and regulatory changes to ensure compliance, recommend policy, procedure, and process improvements, and implement and communicate approved changes.
• Promote positive employee relations and strengthen company culture in collaboration with local leadership, and support global HR initiatives and programs.
• Support management on other HR initiatives as directed and handle ad-hoc assignments as required by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience in sizable organizations, with essential regional HR management and HR shared services experience.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor regulations and employment practices within KSA.
