About the Role

Jobzella is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership, ready to manage the complete employee lifecycle and ensure regulatory compliance.

Strategic HR Leadership

The Human Resources Manager will own the HR strategy and day-to-day operations across KSA, partnering with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and succession planning. This role is central to developing and enforcing HR policies while driving employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, career progression, and offboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat/Saudization requirements, GOSI, the Wage Protection System (WPS), and all Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations.
  • Design, implement, and continuously benchmark compensation and benefits structures against the local market.
  • Lead employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary processes, and conflict management in line with local labor regulations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the employee handbook, ensuring alignment with local law and corporate standards.
  • Administer HRIS and produce HR analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
  • Manage government relations and platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and other MHRSD portals, liaising with external legal/labor counsel as needed.
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and process integrity in coordination with the Finance function.
  • Lead, coach, and develop members of the HR team, building internal HR capability across the function.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in organizations with approximately 500+ employees.
  • International experience, ideally within a multinational organization.
  • Proven long-term career stability, demonstrated by strong tenure in previous roles.
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams.
