Human Resources Manager

About the Role

Halawa ALmassa Factory, a company with an 8-year track record of growth, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This part-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves leading administrative transformation, optimizing organizational structure, and driving talent acquisition and retention strategies to support the company's expansion. The ideal candidate will bridge strategic vision with operational execution to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously enhance HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and the governance framework.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational structuring, and job description refinement across all departments.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on executive roles, sales, marketing, and operational teams.
• Implement OKRs/KPIs and performance appraisal systems in close alignment with department heads.
• Develop competitive salary structures, incentive schemes, and career progression pathways.
• Supervise personnel management, payroll processing, employment contracts, and labor relations.
• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law and manage relevant government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, etc.).
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support workforce scaling.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in building or restructuring HR systems and driving strategic talent acquisition.
• In-depth working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and local compliance portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail sectors.
