The Role of Human Resources Specialist

Exequt is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage daily HR operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring that all people processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, management, and relevant Saudi government platforms regarding HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage attendance, leave, and general employee information.
• Coordinate employee transfers, renewals, and associated government procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure records are accurate and current.
• Support payroll processes and coordinate employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Act as the central point of contact for employees and management on all HR-related inquiries.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an organized Saudi HR professional with comprehensive knowledge of Saudi HR practices. This role requires an individual who can ensure smooth and efficient people operations.
