The Role of Human Resources Specialist

ExeQut is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage daily HR operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves ensuring that all people processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. The specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, management, and relevant Saudi government platforms, contributing to a well-supported team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage attendance, leave, and general employee information.
• Coordinate employee transfers, renewals, and associated government procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure records are accurate and current.
• Support payroll functions and coordinate employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees and management regarding HR matters.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in Saudi HR practices and Labour Law.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Saudi national.
