About the Identity Management Consultant - SME Role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Identity Management Consultant - SME to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on delivering expert solutions in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and broader Identity and Access Management (IAM) domains for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Develop policies, processes, and frameworks for identity and access management, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, and permission auditing.
• Conduct assessments of existing client IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify improvement areas.
• Develop IAM strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Define technical and business requirements for IAM solutions.
• Advise on the implementation of new IAM features tailored to specific client environments.
• Establish communication between the IAM team and business stakeholders, capturing evolving requirements and communicating the IAM program roadmap.
• Focus on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
• Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms to align with client business processes and security policies.
• Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate access levels across systems and applications.
• Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, IT, compliance) to integrate IGA solutions into client environments.
• Provide training and support to client teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
• Interact with vendors and service providers regarding contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
• Prepare updates and reports for management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT services and information security.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in identity and access management.
• Familiarity with identity and access management systems such as Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM Intune, and Office 365.
• Experience with IAM platforms including SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, and Novell, as well as directories like LDAP and AD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with RBAC and Role Engineering principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification.
• Certification in BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA.
• Prior consulting experience.
