About the Role

Elm Company is seeking an Indirect Sales Manager to lead the Indirect Sales Unit in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing reseller and partner ecosystems to drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels and expand the reach of government digital products. The manager will ensure effective channel performance, partner engagement, and sales target achievement while maintaining compliance with commercial agreements and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute indirect sales strategies and annual sales plans aligned with Government Digital Products Sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue achievement across reseller and partner channels.
  • Manage and expand relationships with resellers, distributors, and channel partners, evaluating their performance against targets.
  • Identify and pursue new partner-driven business opportunities to expand product reach and market penetration.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical and financial proposals and support opportunity qualification and bid management.
  • Lead reseller onboarding, contracting, renewal, and performance management activities, ensuring contract execution and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, resellers, and customers, addressing escalations and operational challenges.
  • Develop partner enablement programs, product awareness initiatives, and sales readiness activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop unit employees to achieve performance objectives and capability growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute indirect sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing reseller and channel partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated capability in driving sales growth and business development through partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of commercial agreements and contract management.
  • Experience in team leadership and operational excellence.

The role operates within a full-time capacity in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
