The Role of Information Technology Administrator

Almarai is seeking an Information Technology Administrator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to ensuring the delivery of resilient and reliable IT infrastructure for internal customers across all assigned geographical locations. The Administrator will play a critical part in maintaining operational continuity and supporting business needs through effective IT management and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and upgrading existing hardware, communication, and software components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Implementing additional IT facilities and solutions to effectively meet evolving business requirements and operational demands.
• Resolving user calls and technical issues by efficiently troubleshooting malfunctioning infrastructure components and providing timely support.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in information technology administration or a similar field. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage and support IT infrastructure effectively within a professional environment.
