About the Role

Green Start Management Consultancy is seeking an IT Services Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving sales of IT Services and Quality Assurance (QA) Services within the GCC market, encompassing both new business acquisition and the expansion of existing enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across GCC countries.
• Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts.
• Sell IT Services, including Digital, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and Quality Assurance (QA/Testing Services).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure effective solution positioning and successful deal execution.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in the GCC market, demonstrating expertise in both hunting for new business and managing existing accounts, specifically within IT Services and Quality Assurance (QA) Services sales.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in IT Services Sales within the GCC region.
• Strong track record in new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Experience selling QA/Testing Services in conjunction with broader IT services.
• Exposure to enterprise and large-scale deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven sales environment.
