About the Role

Gathern is looking for an experienced Integration Lead to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic design, meticulous management, and continuous improvement of system integration processes across various internal and external platforms. The primary goal is to ensure a seamless flow of data, enhance operational efficiency, and build scalable technical solutions to support Gathern's growth and achieve its objectives.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive planning, successful execution, and ongoing maintenance of system integrations connecting different platforms and external services.
Design robust, scalable, and secure integration architectures and APIs that meet current and future business needs.
Effectively collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams, as well as external vendors, to accurately define integration requirements.
Proactively monitor integration performance, quickly troubleshoot any emerging issues, and ensure consistent system reliability.
Maintain data consistency, synchronization, and accuracy across all integrated systems.
Manage the entire integration lifecycle, including thorough testing, seamless deployment, detailed documentation, and ongoing support.
Lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance on best practices, standards, and methodologies in the integration field.
Ensure strict compliance of all integrations with security, governance, and data protection requirements and regulations.
Support automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manual processes.
Keep integration documentation, workflows, and detailed technical specifications up-to-date.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to prioritize integration improvements and resolve any interdependencies.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance and develop integration capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system integration roles, API management, or software engineering.
Proven experience in leading integration projects and demonstrating strong cross-departmental coordination skills.

Core Skills

Advanced experience in API management, integration architecture, system integration platforms, and middleware.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, web services, data mapping and transformation, and cloud integration technologies.
Strong understanding of databases, data flow management, and authentication security protocols for integration.
Skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
Experience in automation, workflow optimization, and management of vendors and external systems.
Proven efficiency in strategic vision and agility, scalable execution, governance, and ethical conduct.
Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, capacity building, and customer-centric skills.
