About the Role

Osooltree Real Estate Company is seeking an Interior Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves transforming spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments, focusing on unique designs that align with client visions while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. The successful candidate will collaborate with professionals in a dynamic environment, contributing expertise to deliver exceptional interior design results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to create customized interior design plans.
• Develop detailed design concepts, including layout plans, color schemes, and material selections, to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality.
• Prepare and present design proposals and mood boards to clients for approval, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of design projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to provide innovative and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of color theory, materials, and furniture design.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
