About the Role

Rgheeb is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead and enhance its internal audit function. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with a strong background in financial and operational auditing.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for strengthening the company's internal audit capabilities. This includes developing and executing risk-based audit plans, evaluating internal controls, and providing strategic recommendations to improve business performance and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead financial, operational, and compliance audit engagements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
• Review company policies, procedures, contracts, procurement processes, and financial authorities.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Conduct investigations related to fraud, policy violations, and conflicts of interest as required.
• Utilize ERP systems and data analytics to identify risks and enhance audit effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Internal Audit.
• Strong hands-on experience in Financial Audit and Operational Audit.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Extensive knowledge of corporate governance, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing risk-based audit plans.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience or exposure to the Real Estate or Property Development sector is highly preferred.
