We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Controller to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensure accurate records, and support inventory audits. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating with our accounting and warehouse teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy in our inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in coordination with the accounting and warehouse teams.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or losses.
  • Prepare inventory reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and tracking of inventory items.
  • Support procurement and warehouse operations with inventory insights.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (required).
  • One year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related accounting role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
