Responsibilities:
  • Attend to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by contractors and respond appropriately and timely.
  • Ensure familiarity with irrigation codes, water conservation principles, and sustainable irrigation practices.
  • Inspect, verify, and ensure proper installation and performance of irrigation systems, including integration with landscaping.
  • Design and install irrigation systems such as sprinkler systems and drip irrigation, focusing on water efficiency.
  • Review shop drawings against contract specifications, ensuring compliance with local codes and best practices.
  • Report non-compliance and monitor work quality regarding safety and environmental issues.
  • Maintain records of daily site activities, including progress photos, for necessary inspections.
  • Prepare reports on work deficiencies and non-conformance, if required.
  • Ensure effective coordination with other disciplines on site.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve on-site discipline-related issues.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this dynamic role, you should have at least 10 years of industry experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture. Experience in 5-star luxury hotel construction is essential for this position.
