Role Overview

Jash Technical Services is seeking an Irrigation Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily irrigation operations. The supervisor will monitor system performance, schedule watering cycles, and ensure efficient water usage across assigned landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise field teams involved in irrigation activities.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for irrigation systems.
• Verify that all irrigation work complies with established safety and quality standards.
• Inspect irrigation equipment and pipelines regularly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to irrigation systems.
• Maintain accurate records of system operation, maintenance, and resource consumption.
• Collaborate with facility management and client representatives to plan improvements, support project delivery, and optimize irrigation practices in line with environmental and operational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. Key qualifications include:

• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance practices, and water conservation methods.
• Proven experience in supervising field staff, coordinating work schedules, and managing contractors or service providers.
• Ability to read and interpret irrigation drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Proficiency in using irrigation controllers, sensors, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting tools for irrigation systems.
