About the Role
Noble Horizon is seeking an IT Administrator to support its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring system security. The IT Administrator will also manage the day-to-day technology needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and network systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth daily IT operations.
- Support Microsoft 365 administration, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Ensure proper backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity measures are implemented.
Technical Support and Network Management
- Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Support onboarding and offboarding setup, including devices, accounts, and access credentials.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records.
- Monitor office network connectivity and internet performance.
- Support VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and security configurations.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection practices.
- Assist in minimizing downtime and resolving technical incidents quickly.
Documentation and Administration
- Maintain IT documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Prepare reports related to IT assets, incidents, and system updates.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and system improvements.
- Assist with ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other business systems when required.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience managing office IT environments. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multi-business environment. Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
