About the Role

We are seeking an IT Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting and developing the company's information technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assess data collection and analysis processes, developing methods and tools for analysis and design based on evaluations.
• Research and implement the latest programming, testing, and installation tools and methodologies, monitoring the software development lifecycle.
• Develop, test, and install computer hardware and software solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Develop and monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Create and update work methods and procedures to align with technical advancements.
• Prepare, present, and clarify specialized documents and reports for engineering works and projects, including their progress, and ensure their proper storage.

Role Duties

• Analyze client requirements for computer hardware and software and fulfill these needs.
• Develop, test, and install computer hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults.
• Prepare and present specialized documents and reports detailing the results of studies and analyses.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT engineering. A strong understanding of hardware and software development, troubleshooting, and maintenance is essential.
