About the Role

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Networks Delivery & Testing Expert for their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential for the development, delivery, and validation of ZATCA's IT infrastructure and network systems. The position requires operating with a high degree of autonomy, providing expert guidance to achieve strategic objectives.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As an internal consultant and facilitator, you will contribute to shaping ZATCA's IT infrastructure and network delivery guidelines and standards. You will be involved in supervising project planning, supporting project execution, and ensuring the quality of testing and documentation for all IT infrastructure and network implementations. This role involves leading work activities with minimal direction towards long-term objectives.

• Provide expert support during the development of ZATCA IT Infrastructure and networks delivery guidelines and standards.
• Supervise the development of IT infrastructure and networks project and installation plans.
• Support the delivery of IT Infrastructure and networks projects.
• Offer recommendations and corrective actions for testing activities related to IT infrastructure and networks.
• Review and validate the documentation of IT infrastructure and networks implementation.
• Act as an internal consultant and facilitator, providing guidance to deliver and perform operational activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field. A Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
