Denara Group is a growing FinTech investment firm based in Riyadh, KSA, currently in the process of becoming CMA-licensed. We operate a modern retail equity trading platform designed to enable seamless buying and selling of stocks. As we expand, we are seeking a pragmatic, reliable, and versatile IT Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

The Role of IT Manager

The IT Manager will oversee our technical ecosystem, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and efficiently support our day-to-day operations. This individual will serve as the hands-on technical lead for both our trading platform and office infrastructure, managing local IT operations and coordinating with specialized third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure CMA & Regulatory Compliance by aligning IT security policies, systems, and disaster recovery procedures with CMA requirements and local KSA cybersecurity controls.
• Oversee Infrastructure & Systems Availability, including cloud-hosted environments, trading platform uptime, system monitoring, and core internal infrastructure to minimize downtime.
• Manage Vendor & Partner Relationships, acting as the main point of contact for external technology vendors, software contractors, cloud service providers, and SMS/payment gateway partners.
• Implement Data Security & Incident Management protocols, ensuring basic cybersecurity hygiene, access controls, backups, and data protection standard operating procedures across all company endpoints and servers.
• Provide Internal IT Support & Operations, managing office IT hardware, internal networks, onboarding/offboarding user access, and day-to-day technical support for employees.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of general IT administration or management experience.
• Prior experience within Saudi Arabia is ideal.
