IT Networking & Security Manager

About the Role

J-B is seeking an experienced IT Networking & Security Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity operations to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity controls.
• Participate in the design and implementation of secure on-premises and cloud infrastructure architectures.
• Ensure security requirements are integrated into IT projects and system implementations.
• Oversee the administration and effectiveness of IT security controls and solutions, including SIEM, PAM, NAC, firewalls, and intrusion prevention systems.
• Manage technology risks, security findings, regulatory compliance, and remediation activities.
• Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience initiatives.
• Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, with strong expertise in network security and IT security controls.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, network security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT security governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements, including SAMA, NCA, and PCI DSS.
• Experience with security solutions, cloud environments, and infrastructure operations.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNP Security, or Security+ are an advantage.
