About the Opportunity

Emdad By Elm is seeking an experienced IT Security Encryption Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the robust operation, administration, and continuous improvement of our enterprise encryption services, which are critical for supporting essential IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Security Encryption Engineer will be responsible for managing and enhancing various aspects of our cryptographic infrastructure. This includes the operation, administration, and maintenance of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Modules (HSM), and digital certificates. The role also involves overseeing cryptographic key management and implementing encryption technologies that secure critical IT services.

Required Technical Expertise

• Experience with on-premises Enterprise PKI solutions, such as Microsoft ADCS.
• Proficiency in Hardware Security Modules (HSM).
• Expertise in Certificate Lifecycle Management.
• Strong understanding of TLS/SSL & ** Certificates.
• Knowledge of Cryptographic Key Management principles and practices.
• Experience with Database Encryption (TDE).
• Familiarity with PKI/HSM Disaster Recovery strategies.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell.
• Skills in Security Hardening & Compliance.
• Experience with Identity Integration (IAM/PAM).

Qualifications and Experience

We are seeking a professional with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT security, specifically within encryption services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving secure systems.
