e-Sehha is looking for candidates to work as L1 Technical Support Agent’s with the following Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Receiving the logged in tickets by L0.
2. Analyze the requests in the ticket.
3. Provide basic technical support and/or answering non-technical inquiries within agreed SLA.
4. Escalate to L2 team assigned to the project as part of the support agreement, if the request is of technical nature and beyond the L1 capacity.
5. Follow up the escalated tickets and coordinate with L2 and L3 teams to make sure SLAs are not exceeded.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Saudi Nationals preferred.
2. Bachelor’s degree in the technical domain/related field.
3. Proficient in Arabic and English.
4. Excellent communication skills.
6. Has quick responses and problem-solving skills.
7. 1-2 years of experience in technical support or any related IT field experience

8. Healthcare experience or knowledge is a plus

9. Health Informatics degree is a plus

10. Readiness to work in shifts (A,B,C) work will be onsite in Riyadh

11. Previous Knowledge with Nphies is a plus.
