BeyonexIT is a technology solutions provider. The company is seeking to expand its team with a dedicated professional focused on IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the sales and marketing of key products, including Alemba Service Manager.

The Role: Junior Pre-Sales & Product Marketing

This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is designed for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience who possess a strong interest in information technology. The Junior Pre-Sales & Product Marketing professional will support the sales team and contribute to product marketing efforts. Comprehensive training and development on the company's products and solutions will be provided to foster expertise in ITSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and various technical documents.
• Participate in delivering presentations to clients.
• Develop marketing content specifically for products.
• Assist in formulating responses to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) requests.
• Follow up with clients and coordinate meeting schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with partners and internal team members.
• Engage in continuous learning and development regarding ITSM solutions and company products.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in one of the following fields:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Any related field
• 0-1 years of professional experience, suitable for recent graduates.
• A demonstrated passion for information technology.
