About the Learning and Development Lead Role

Aljomaih Bottling Plants is seeking a Learning and Development Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in the learning and development field, preferably within the FMCG sector. The role focuses on supporting and implementing learning initiatives, measuring their impact, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and monitoring of learning and development plans and initiatives.
  • Conduct surveys and questionnaires to assess learner behavior change and the impact of learning in the workplace.
  • Administer knowledge assessments and collect feedback and results data to evaluate learning effectiveness.
  • Analyze learning data to identify trends, measure impact on business performance, and support ROI calculations for key programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of learning outcomes, behavior changes, and business improvements resulting from learning interventions.
  • Follow up with stakeholders and managers to ensure the execution of agreed learning plans and the collection of outcome data.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager on daily operations and reporting.
  • Engage with employees and management to support learning execution and data collection across operating companies.
  • Contribute to special L&D projects and support the enhancement of learning measurement practices and tools.

Learning Measurement and Data Analysis

This aspect of the role involves collecting and analyzing participant feedback to identify improvement opportunities. You will design and track knowledge assessments, conduct post-learning surveys to gauge workplace application, and measure the impact of learning on business performance. Maintaining comprehensive learning records, including results, behavior changes, and ROI data, is crucial. Regular analysis of this data will inform recommendations for learning optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduate degree, preferably in HR or Learning.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the organization learning field, with a preference for FMCG experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer programs.
  • Knowledge or experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is considered a plus.
  • Good command of the English language.
