About the Opportunity

T2 is seeking a Learning And Development Team Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to designing and leading the company's Learning & Development function. The successful candidate will play a key role in building comprehensive training programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning to support T2's strategic growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Purpose

The Learning And Development Team Lead will be responsible for establishing and enhancing T2's learning infrastructure. This involves creating training programs from inception, developing leadership capabilities across all levels, and implementing strategies that drive ongoing professional development. The role is critical in ensuring that T2's workforce is equipped with the skills necessary to achieve business objectives and adapt to evolving market demands.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and execute T2's Learning & Development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Build comprehensive training programs from scratch, addressing technical, behavioral, and functional skill gaps.
• Develop and deliver leadership programs tailored for executives and senior managers.
• Design and implement effective retention and succession planning frameworks.
• Create structured career development paths and individual development plans for high-potential talent.
• Drive a continuous learning culture through the effective utilization of digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
• Measure the impact and Return on Investment (ROI) of training initiatives to demonstrate tangible business outcomes.

Candidate Profile

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of solid experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record of successfully building programs from scratch. A strong background in leadership development, succession planning, and retention strategies is essential. The role requires an individual who is a strategic thinker with a genuine passion for people development and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and modern learning technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to think strategically and apply a continuous improvement mindset to L&D initiatives.
