Horizon Justice Law Firm is seeking distinguished legal talent to join our team in Riyadh for the position of Legal Consultant.

Responsibilities:
  • Case Analysis: Conduct in-depth reviews of case files, prepare comprehensive summaries, and discuss strategies with the lead counsel.
  • Legal Drafting: Draft legal briefs, pleadings, and all necessary documentation for ongoing litigation within the firm.
  • Specialized Advisory: Provide expert and specialized legal counsel across various legal practice areas.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex legal issues and offer innovative, effective solutions.
  • Legal Research: Perform exhaustive legal research and studies on specific matters as requested by the firm or its clients.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Deliver detailed legal analyses and recommendations grounded in solid legal principles.
  • Contract Management: Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure full regulatory compliance and protect client interests.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive recommendations for mitigation.

  • Policy Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of the firm’s internal legal policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience within reputable law firms in KSA.
  • Specialization: Proven expertise and specialized experience in Real Estate Law.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
