Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support timely and accurate legal advice.
  • Assess potential risks and opportunities associated with transactions.

Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Law or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the legal domain. Previous experience in transactions is highly preferred.
