About the Machine Operator Role

Deemah is seeking a full-time Machine Operator to join their team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for achieving production objectives by ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of manufacturing machinery.

Core Responsibilities

• Setting up machinery to initiate production cycles.
• Controlling and adjusting machine settings, such as speed and temperature, to optimize performance.
• Feeding raw materials or packaging components into semi-automated machines.
• Conducting precise inspections of parts using measuring tools.
• Periodically testing machine operations to ensure functionality.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during a shift.
• Checking output to identify any machine-related errors or defects.
• Maintaining records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Keeping detailed activity logs.

Operational Oversight and Quality Assurance

The Machine Operator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of department policies, procedures, and controls. This ensures that all activities within the maintenance department align with and fulfill the requirements of the QMS, specifically the Quality and Halal Food Management System (ISO9001 + HFMS).
